The pictures to the left are both me. One before I experienced BCCR® and one after. In the little picture I had just lost my job, my confidence and my purpose. I didn't want to be here anymore, the bigger picture was taken just 15 months later. In that time I became an Accredited Facilitator for individual sessions and Group Sessions, started Breathwork training and Reiki and started my own business. What is BCCR®?

Belief Coding®️ was founded by Jessica Cunningham and is based upon the principles of various Eastern and Western healing techniques including: Positive Psychology; Meditation; Hypnosis; Emotional Freedom Tapping; Neurolinguistic Programming; Emotion Coding; Kinesiology; Matrix Re-imprinting and Energy Healing. It is a researched and science-backed modality that works with your subconscious to find the root cause of the negative experience which created the negative belief and allows you to re-evaluate and create an entirely new set of beliefs. Using this technique allows you to process and release your negative beliefs and literally changes your mind.

One to One Sessions

One to one sessions allow you to resolve any issues quickly and easily. According to Harvard Health Publishing traditional CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) treatment usually requires 6-20 hours taking place over a period of months. The challenge of CBT is that changing thoughts at a cognitive level consciously is not easy. The beauty of BCCR®️ is the speed at which it works. The vast majority of issues can be resolved in one session, which can take as little as 90 minutes. 

For more complex issues we employ the ABC method. This takes place over six, nine or 12 sessions depending on the complexity but real change has already happened by the end of session six. 

The beauty of BCCR®, and especially the ABC method, is that it goes deeper but doesn't require you to rehash the old stories that you keep telling yourself and the cognitive rewiring is happening during the session, it's not somethng that you consciously have to work on.
